Questions and Answers
We know you will have questions!
We hope to answer a few of those on the front-end.

Many of our projects start early in the design process and take several weeks to several months to dial in all of the details. We have a well defined process that guides each step of the way to ensure that all of the details are covered. Once we have a good feel for what you are wanting to achieve, we start with drawings and then progress to full 3D renderings. Of course, getting inspiration photos/etc. help us key in on what you really love and avoid the things that you don't.

We are a design studio that takes on a select number of projects each year to be sure that we can deliver on the promises that we made to our customers and design partners. This means that a good fit with the customer is one of the first things that we look for. This is a process with a lot of input/collaboration during the process and we want to make sure that we like each other. After we ensure that it's a good fit, it's less about the size of the project and more about "Can we fit it into the schedule?". We've designed and installed everything from a few bathroom vanities to whole house cabinetry packages for some of the largest projects in the area.

In short: no. It's safer and much more efficient for us to complete the installation phase. We call it "one throat to choke." Our experienced team of installers knows how to anticipate problems on site and are ever so familiar with our products and process to ensure that things to smoothly.

We work diligently during the process to work with you and your design team to handpick styles and finishes for your project. We invest immense time and resources sourcing and developing new finishes/features and searching high and low to find new products that will elevate your cabinetry. That's a long way of saying: you can trust us. We have incredibly high standards for quality and style and work until the last piece of trim is installed to make sure that it's just right.

We work with you and your design team to present one concept for each room, designed in its entirety so that you are able to see the full, cohesive picture. We do offer a round of revisions and we'd be happy with additional revisions at our hourly rate if that's of interest. Most projects are pretty dialed in after one round of revisions.
Of course after we do our CTO (confirm to order i.e. site measurements), things may change a bit, but we'll get approval from everyone to ensure that it's all as it should be.

In order to focus on the projects at hand, we're by appointment only. We do this to ensure that we can appropriately manage our workload and give your project the attention that it deserves. Feel free to reach out and we'll set up a time to meet and learn about you and your project.
